We applied for and received NDIS Registration in 2023. We have worked diligently to ensure that we met all the necessary requirements to provide exceptional NDIS services.

• Accommodation/Tenancy: We will assist you in finding suitable accommodation options, managing tenancy obligations, and ensuring your living environment is safe, comfortable, and meets your specific needs.
• Assist with Travel/Transport: Our team will provide support with travel and transportation, helping you to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social activities.
• Community Nursing Care: We will offer professional and compassionate nursing care services to support your health and well-being within the community.
• Innovative Community Participation: We will facilitate innovative community participation programs that promote self-awareness, environmental awareness, and encourage active engagement in community activities.
• Household Tasks: Our team will assist with various household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and home maintenance, to ensure your living space is comfortable and well-maintained.

NDIS FUNDING
